About the role

Bidhee Pvt Ltd, a leading software solutions provider in Nepal, is looking for a Junior Sales & Marketing Executive. The role involves visiting the market to identify prospective clients, generating leads, and supporting the senior sales team with product demonstrations and client meetings.

Key responsibilities

Conduct market visits to identify prospective clients and introduce Bidhee’s products and services.
Assist in generating leads through calls, networking, and market research.
Conduct client follow‑ups via calls, meetings, and other professional channels.
Maintain client records and update the sales pipeline.
Support senior sales team in client meetings and visits.
Assist with product demos and sales documentation.

Required profile

BBA/BBS with a specialization in Marketing or a related field.
6 months to 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a software company.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and grow in corporate sales.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Willingness to travel for client and market visits and ownership of a two‑wheeler.
