About the role

The Learning & Development Executive will support the planning, coordination and delivery of training programmes that enhance colleague performance and nurture a culture of continuous learning within our hotel.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and scheduling learning activities aligned with business needs.
  • Coordinate the delivery of training sessions and workshops.
  • Maintain accurate training records and reports.
  • Ensure timely completion of learning initiatives and meet deadlines.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Hotel Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or Training, preferably in hospitality.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Professional attitude with excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
