Sales Officer – Tiles, Sanitary & Building Materials

About the role

The Sales Officer will promote and sell tiles, sanitary and building material products across multiple locations in Nepal. This field‑based position requires strong communication, negotiation and a results‑driven mindset to achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers in assigned territories (Gulariya, Banke, Bardiya, Itahari).
• Present product ranges, negotiate terms and close sales deals.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Track sales performance against targets and report progress.
• Coordinate with logistics and inventory teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in tiles, sanitary or building materials.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Valid driving licence and personal bike for travel between sites.
