Salesperson for Khusibun & Thamel Outlets

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and motivated Salesperson to work at our Khusibun and Thamel outlets in Kathmandu. The role involves delivering an exceptional shopping experience, building strong customer relationships, and supporting both retail and wholesale enquiries.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, understand their needs and provide styling advice.
• Identify whether a customer is a retail buyer or a potential wholesale/B2B client, especially at the Thamel outlet.
• Direct wholesale inquiries to management and collect relevant customer details.
• Drive sales through effective engagement, up‑selling and meeting daily targets.
• Maintain attractive, organized product displays and ensure store cleanliness.
• Manage stock, track inventory and replenish items as needed.
• Capture photos and short videos of products and store displays for social media.
• Assist in creating simple, engaging content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, coordinating with management to reflect brand identity.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, fabrics, pricing and brand values.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Friendly, confident personality able to adapt communication style to different customer types.
• Organised, attentive to detail and able to work well in a team.
• Interest in fashion, styling and current trends.
• Fluency in English.
• Previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred but not mandatory.
