Senior Account Executive – Manufacturing Finance

About the role

The Senior Account Executive will oversee accounting and financial operations for a manufacturing facility, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Handle day‑to‑day accounting, including General Ledger, journal entries, cash and bank books.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, and prepare bank and account reconciliations.
• Process sales, purchase, expense, receipt and payment entries.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial and management reports.
• Maintain records of invoices, bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
• Assist with VAT, TDS, tax documentation and statutory reporting.
• Monitor factory‑related accounting and operational reports in SAP.
• Coordinate with production, store, procurement and other departments for financial information.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or related field.
• Relevant accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP and factory operation reporting.
