Senior Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism

About the role

As a Senior Sales Executive at Gomayu Holidays you will own the full customer journey, from the first enquiry to the final booking, delivering tailored travel solutions and building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to enquiries received via web, WhatsApp and phone calls.
• Design customized tour packages and provide quotations.
• Follow up leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with Operations, Ticketing and Visa teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Upsell travel insurance, activities and other travel‑related services.
• Stay informed on travel trends, airline promotions and visa requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales reports for management.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in travel sales or a customer‑facing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field.
• Confident communicator, comfortable on phone and chat.
• Target‑driven with a friendly, consultative sales style.
• Strong sales, negotiation and closing abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple enquiries simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Knowledge of popular destinations and visa procedures is a plus.
