About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Senior Sales Officer to lead our Electric Vehicle (EV) sales efforts in Kathmandu. You will be responsible for generating new business, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of our sustainable mobility portfolio.

Key responsibilities

Achieve and exceed defined sales targets for EV products.
Identify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with customers and partners.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in the EV sector.
Prepare regular sales reports and collaborate with marketing, after‑sales, and finance teams.

Required profile

3‑4 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the EV or automobile industry.
Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass sales quotas.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
Self‑motivated, proactive, and results‑oriented.
