Showroom Incharge – 2W Passenger Vehicle Sales Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Showroom Incharge to head our two‑wheel passenger vehicle showroom operations in Kathmandu. The role involves driving sales performance, leading a team of sales professionals, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience throughout the walk‑in, test‑drive, booking and delivery journey.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the showroom sales team to achieve and exceed retail targets.
• Motivate, coach and manage daily activities of sales staff.
• Convert walk‑ins, test‑drives and enquiries into bookings and deliveries.
• Handle customer negotiations, deal closures and ensure smooth financing coordination with partners.
• Track and report daily, weekly and monthly sales performance.
• Maintain high showroom standards and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee the complete booking‑to‑delivery documentation process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automobile showroom sales.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
• Strong sales conversion, negotiation and customer‑focused mindset.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of CRM/DMS systems.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
