Showroom Sales Associate – Babycare & Cosmetics

About the role

We are looking for a responsible and customer‑focused Showroom Sales associate to oversee daily showroom operations, support sales activities, handle cash transactions, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day showroom sales and customer service activities.
• Assist customers with product selection and provide accurate product information.
• Handle cash, billing, and daily sales transactions responsibly.
• Maintain proper records of sales, cash, inventory, and daily collections.
• Monitor product displays, stock availability, and showroom cleanliness.
• Support and coordinate with showroom sales staff to achieve sales targets.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints professionally.

Required profile

• 6 months to 1 year experience in sales, retail, or showroom operations.
• Experience in baby care, cosmetics, beauty products, FMCG, or similar retail sectors preferred.
• Basic experience in cash handling, billing, and daily sales reporting.
• Good communication and customer‑handling skills.
• Responsible, organized, and comfortable working in a customer‑facing environment.
• Ability to supervise and coordinate with team members.
