Specialized Home Care Nurse – Critical Care, Oncology, Dialysis, Emergency, Paediatric, Neurology

About the role

We are seeking dedicated nurses to provide advanced, one‑on‑one clinical care in patients' homes. You will work autonomously while staying closely connected to a multidisciplinary team of physicians, therapists, and case managers.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, IV therapies, wound care, and specialty treatments according to each patient’s condition.
• Monitor patient progress, respond promptly to clinical changes, and manage emergencies confidently.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, treatment protocols, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and social workers to ensure holistic care delivery.
• Maintain accurate, timely electronic health records.

Required profile

• Valid, active nursing license.
• Minimum 1 + year recent clinical experience in one of the specialties: Critical Care, Oncology, Dialysis, Emergency, Paediatric, or Neurology.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical‑thinking, and patient‑management abilities.
• Compassionate, professional, patient‑centered approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
