Account Specialist

About the role

The Account Specialist will support the finance team by managing invoicing, payments, reconciliations and related reporting across multiple business units. This position ensures accurate financial records and smooth coordination with internal teams, clients and vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, billing statements and petty‑cash settlements.
• Prepare and maintain operational and financial reports for various divisions.
• Handle bank receipts, journal vouchers, COD settlements and collections.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients and vendors to resolve financial issues promptly.
• Monitor pending financial tasks and follow up with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Assist the supervisor with operational updates and periodic financial reporting.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in accounting, finance or financial operations.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, invoicing, reconciliation and payment processing.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines and work under pressure.
