AI Operations Specialist

About the role

The AI Operations Specialist will design, monitor and continuously improve AI‑driven workflows that support real‑estate operations at RV Group Nepal. This is an operational role focused on embedding AI tools into daily work, ensuring outputs are accurate, consistent and defensible.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and maintain AI operations workflows, including data ingestion, validation, automation pipelines and monitoring dashboards.
• Analyse operational and business data to identify trends, bottlenecks and automation opportunities across real‑estate processes.
• Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into AI use cases, define success metrics and delivery plans.
• Validate model outputs and implement automated quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance.
• Prioritise, triage and resolve AI system incidents such as performance degradations, data‑quality issues and workflow failures.
• Document AI operational procedures, runbooks and change logs to support audits and continuous improvement.
• Track key performance indicators for AI workflows, report results and recommend evidence‑based optimisations.
• Prepare and revise commercial documentation (quotations, BOQs, cost comparisons) and verify quantities against drawings and measurements.
• Draft client and institutional correspondence, ensuring tone aligns with commercial objectives.
• Design reusable templates, checklists and standard instructions to standardise document quality.
• Train staff across departments on practical use of AI tools and maintain a plain‑language usage guide.
• Identify manual, repetitive processes suitable for AI‑assisted handling and propose changes.
• Own verification steps to ensure no figure, date, name or legal reference is released solely on AI output.

Required profile

• Strong commercial judgement and attention to detail, especially in verifying AI‑generated outputs.
• Experience working with AI or analytics tools in an operational setting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear AI use cases and measurable outcomes.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for creating runbooks and training materials.
• Proactive problem‑solving mindset for incident triage and workflow optimisation.
