AID & Project Specification Executive

About the role

The AID & Project Specification Executive will lead brand development within the Architecture & Interior Design (AID), construction and hospitality sectors. This role focuses on driving specification sales by building strong relationships with architects, interior designers, hoteliers and other project influencers.

Key responsibilities

• Strengthen brand presence across AID, construction and hospitality markets.
• Generate and qualify project leads to support sales conversion and business growth.
• Engage architects, interior designers, hoteliers and other influencers to promote specification sales.
• Develop and maintain relationships with AID firms, construction companies and hospitality clients.
• Support brand initiatives and industry events to increase visibility.
• Manage AID mapping, stakeholder engagement plans, project tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, project sales, specification selling or key account management.
• Strong network within architecture, interior design, construction or hospitality industries.
• Familiarity with building materials, paints, interior solutions, construction chemicals, sanitaryware, tiles or lighting is preferred.

Required skills

• Relationship management, communication and influencing abilities.
