Business Development Executive – Outbound

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development Executive focused on outbound activities to generate and nurture B2B leads. The role involves prospecting via LinkedIn, cold outreach, and managing the lead pipeline from qualification to conversion.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound channels.
• Research and identify target organizations based on the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and develop relevant account lists.
• Use LinkedIn to identify key decision‑makers and initiate meaningful business conversations.
• Research, qualify, and record potential leads in the CRM while ensuring data accuracy.
• Track and report on lead generation performance, pipeline progress, and conversion into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, events, promotions, and other business development activities.
• Maintain and update the prospect and client database to ensure completeness.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation or business development.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong research, analytical, communication, and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Strong understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and B2B lead generation.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms and sales database management.
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator (advantage).
