Paid Business Development Internship

About the role

The Business Development Officer (Paid Internship) is a full‑time, on‑site position in Lalitpur District, focused on identifying new business opportunities, supporting proposal preparation, and helping build strategic partnerships for a digital solutions provider.

Key responsibilities

• Research potential markets, identify prospects, and uncover growth opportunities.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, networking and other outreach activities.
• Assist in preparing proposals, follow‑up with prospects, and help convert leads into clients.
• Support marketing campaigns and lead‑generation initiatives.
• Communicate professionally with prospective and existing clients to build long‑term relationships.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the Business Director on business plans, client meetings and development initiatives.

Required profile

• Students, recent graduates or aspiring professionals interested in business development, sales and marketing.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Proactive attitude with willingness to approach new people and businesses.
