Sales Executive – IVF Hospital

About the role

Kalash Services is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to promote IVF and fertility services at its partner hospital. The role focuses on generating leads, building relationships with patients and referral partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and explain IVF, fertility, and related healthcare services to prospective patients.
• Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, networking, calls and other business development activities.
• Follow up with prospective patients, ensuring timely communication throughout the conversion process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, doctors, clinics, hospitals and referral partners.
• Conduct regular field visits, identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow‑ups, conversions and client interactions.
• Coordinate with hospital and medical teams to ensure a smooth patient experience.
• Participate in promotional activities, health camps, awareness programs and other marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field (preferred).
• 2–4 years of experience in sales, business development, healthcare or pharmaceutical sectors (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Target‑oriented, proactive and self‑motivated.
• Willingness to travel for field visits and business development activities.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and sales reporting.
• Two‑wheeler and valid driving license (preferred/required depending on field requirements).
