Sales & Marketing Officer (BPO & Call Center)

About the role

To lead the Sales function and oversee the Marketing team to drive business growth through consistent lead generation, client acquisition, sales conversion, market development, and effective coordination of Sales and Marketing activities. The role involves managing both sales and marketing teams, developing strategies, and ensuring successful client acquisition for BPO and call center services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead generation and business development for BPO, call center, and outsourcing services, including identifying target companies and building a strong sales pipeline.
• Supervise and coach the Sales team to achieve revenue targets, set priorities, monitor performance, and support client negotiations.
• Oversee the Marketing team, coordinate campaigns, develop sales‑support materials, and ensure marketing‑generated leads are handed over to Sales.
• Manage the end‑to‑end sales process from qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closure, and maintain client relationships.
• Identify new market segments, monitor trends and competitors, and provide market intelligence to management.
• Develop and track monthly, quarterly and annual sales and marketing plans, pipelines, forecasts and performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Sales/Business Development, preferably in BPO, Call Center or Outsourcing.
• 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a Sales/Marketing team (preferred).
• Proven skills in lead generation, B2B sales, client acquisition, negotiation and pipeline management.
• Experience coordinating digital marketing campaigns and lead‑generation activities.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Target‑oriented, proactive, commercially aware and results‑focused mindset.
