About the role

Join CXG, a global customer experience agency, as a freelance Luxury Brand Evaluator. You will discreetly assess luxury stores and share your insights to help premium brands improve their service.

Key responsibilities

Visit assigned luxury stores (cosmetics, fashion, jewelry, watches, cars) and evaluate the shopping experience.
Provide detailed feedback on customer service, product presentation, and overall experience.
