Relationship Officer – Commercial

About the role

We are hiring on behalf of a client for a Relationship Officer – Commercial. The role focuses on managing restaurant partner relationships, supporting account growth, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned restaurant partners, serving as the primary point of contact for queries and day‑to‑day support.
• Monitor restaurant performance, identify growth opportunities, and support partners with promotional campaigns and platform requirements.
• Identify and onboard new restaurant partners through online and offline prospecting, and research market trends and competitor activities.
• Communicate regularly with partners about promotions, policies, and operational updates, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Support to resolve issues.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in account management, relationship management, sales or business development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related discipline.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks and work proactively in a fast‑paced environment.
