Architecture Specialist

About the role

The Architecture Specialist will join Triveni Group’s technology team in Kathmandu to design, evaluate and maintain architectural frameworks that support the conglomerate’s diverse business units. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on translating business requirements into robust, scalable solutions while ensuring alignment with corporate standards and strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise‑wide architectural blueprints and solution designs.
• Conduct architectural assessments, identify risks, and propose improvements for scalability, performance, and security.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Prepare technical documentation, including diagrams, standards, and integration guidelines.
• Present architectural options to stakeholders and support long‑term technology planning.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture and system integration within large, multi‑business environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Computer Science, IT or a related field (preferred).
• Experience with cloud platforms and modern integration patterns such as APIs and microservices is a plus.
