Area Sales Manager – Automotive Parts

About the role

The Area Sales Manager for Autoparts will lead a sales team to drive growth across a defined territory. You will be responsible for expanding dealer networks, increasing distribution reach, and ensuring consistent sales performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
• Monitor sales representatives' daily market coverage and visit frequency.
• Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers to broaden market coverage.
• Support sales representatives to achieve steady sales growth in the assigned territory.
• Liquidate slow‑moving and overstocked inventory through targeted initiatives.
• Submit accurate sales, collection, market intelligence and activity reports on schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the autoparts sector.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Finance or a related field.
• Strong analytical abilities, including competitor analysis and problem‑solving.
• Willingness to travel both inside and outside the valley as needed.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler and a valid driving licence.
