Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The Assistant Marketing Manager will support and execute marketing strategies, brand development initiatives, promotional activities, market research, and customer engagement programs. The role contributes to strengthening brand presence, increasing market visibility, and supporting business growth through effective planning and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Plan and execute marketing activities across relevant channels.
• Support brand positioning, visibility, and promotional initiatives.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and business opportunities.
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market developments.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies for marketing activities.
• Manage promotional materials, communications, and brand‑related content.
• Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and analyze data for business decisions.
• Support digital marketing, social media, events, exhibitions, and activations.
• Maintain relationships with agencies, vendors, partners, and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Creative, strategic, results‑oriented marketing professional with 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication and coordination skills, with a good understanding of market trends and customer behavior.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Experience in MNC, FMCG, construction or cement sectors is preferred.
