ATM Field Technician

About the role

Elite Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking an ATM Field Technician to join its on‑site team in Kathmandu and Dang. The technician will ensure ATMs and self‑service equipment remain operational, secure, and compliant at client locations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on ATMs.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues, replacing faulty components as needed.
• Respond to service calls and support installation and configuration of new ATM units.
• Coordinate with the technical support team and document all work in service reports.
• Maintain safety and compliance standards while communicating professionally with clients.

Required profile

• Strong hardware maintenance and troubleshooting skills for ATM or similar electromechanical equipment.
• Basic networking, operating system, and software configuration knowledge.
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and reports.
• Good time‑management, problem‑solving, and customer‑service orientation.
• Technical education (diploma or degree) in electronics, electrical, computer engineering or related field.
• Prior experience in ATM servicing or field technical support is an advantage.
• Willingness to work onsite, travel to client sites, lift equipment, and work flexible hours including weekends or evenings.
