Barista

About the role

Roadhouse Group is seeking a full‑time Barista to join its Kathmandu café team. You will be responsible for preparing high‑quality coffee and beverage offerings while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso‑based drinks, teas and other beverages according to Roadhouse standards.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Take guest orders, process payments and provide courteous service.
• Assist with basic food preparation, plating and kitchen support as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and restock supplies.
• Follow hygiene, safety and food‑security guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑service orientation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment, including weekends and holidays.
• Attention to detail, reliability and commitment to cleanliness.
• Willingness to learn, follow brand standards and grow within the organization.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience as a Barista, including beverage preparation.
• Operation of coffee equipment (espresso machines, grinders, etc.).
• Basic food preparation skills to support kitchen operations.
