Food and Beverage Server

About the role

The Food and Beverage Server is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Suryodaya Municipality. The role combines on‑site guest service with occasional work‑from‑home tasks such as documentation and online training.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, present menus and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly and courteously, coordinating with kitchen and bar staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area and adhere to hygiene and safety standards.
• Respond to guest requests, resolve minor issues and promote special items or offers.
• Complete basic reporting, online communication and participate in virtual team meetings or training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong customer‑facing skills with a friendly, professional approach.
• Hands‑on experience or training in food service and F&B operations, including order taking and serving.
• Effective communication for interacting with guests, colleagues and supervisors.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tables while maintaining accuracy.
• Basic understanding of food safety, hygiene practices and local health regulations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; willingness to work shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Comfort with a hybrid work arrangement, attending on‑site shifts in Suryodaya Municipality and occasional tasks from home.
