Beverage Supervisor – Lead Boba Tea & Barista Team

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Beverage Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our boba tea and barista team. The successful candidate will ensure high‑quality beverage preparation, maintain service standards, and drive customer satisfaction in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the boba tea/barista team during daily operations.
• Ensure consistent preparation and high quality of boba tea, specialty drinks, and related offerings.
• Train, mentor, and monitor team members on beverage preparation, hygiene, food safety, and customer service standards.
• Manage staff schedules, task delegation, and daily workflow to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of tea, tapioca pearls, syrups, milk, toppings, and other supplies.
• Enforce cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety protocols in line with company and regulatory standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure high satisfaction levels.

Required profile

• Previous experience in boba tea, café, specialty beverage, or restaurant operations.
• Leadership experience such as Barista Team Lead, Beverage Supervisor, or Front‑of‑House supervisory roles.
• Proven abilities in team development, conflict resolution, and effective communication.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
