Branch Associate

About the role

The Branch Associate supports daily operations of a delivery hub, ensuring smooth coordination between riders, regional managers, and other branches. This role is pivotal for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing cash on delivery, and driving business growth across the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Add resources such as riders on an as‑needed basis and travel to any location required for operations.
• Maintain daily communication with riders and the Regional Manager to ensure alignment.
• Conduct daily inventory tallies, track status, and report findings.
• Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) collections, resolve discrepancies, and flag risks.
• Monitor rider and branch performance against KPIs, taking corrective actions when needed.
• Analyze weekly cost versus revenue, preparing rider payment reports.
• Ensure same‑day delivery of goods received at the branch and oversee proper documentation for undelivered parcels.
• Perform daily Proof of Delivery (POD) checks and coordinate parcel forwarding to hubs.
• Lead regular huddles with riders to address issues and improve communication.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel frequently and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Strong organizational skills for inventory and COD management.
• Ability to analyze cost data and generate clear reports.
• Effective communicator capable of coordinating across multiple teams.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on accuracy in tracking and documentation.
