Branch Associate – Kohalpur

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Branch Associate to manage daily operations at our Kohalpur branch. The role involves coordinating riders, handling inventory, and ensuring smooth delivery processes.

Key responsibilities

• Add resources (riders) on demand and travel to any location as needed.
• Generate business opportunities and maintain daily communication with riders and the Regional Manager.
• Conduct daily inventory tallies and report status to the Regional Manager.
• Manage Cash on Delivery (COD) collections, verify records, and flag any risks.
• Monitor rider and branch performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Analyze weekly costs versus revenue, prepare rider payment reports, and control expenses.
• Oversee delivery operations to ensure same‑day dispatch and proper documentation for undelivered parcels.
• Perform daily Proof of Delivery (POD) checks and verify delivered versus undelivered packets.
• Lead regular team huddles with riders to address issues and ensure clear communication.
• Travel to any location to resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Willingness to travel anywhere to support branch operations.
• Ability to add and manage rider resources on short notice.
• Strong attention to detail for inventory and COD reconciliation.
• Capability to analyze cost data and produce accurate reports.
• Good communication skills for coordination with riders and management.
• Ability to monitor performance metrics and implement improvements.
