Branch Associate – Kusma

About the role

The Branch Associate will oversee daily operations at the Kusma branch, ensuring smooth coordination between riders, regional managers, and delivery hubs. This role is pivotal for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing cash‑on‑delivery processes, and driving business growth within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with all riders and the Regional Manager to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct daily inventory tallies, track status, and report discrepancies.
• Manage COD collections, verify records, and flag any risk to the Regional Manager.
• Monitor rider and branch performance against KPIs on a weekly basis and implement corrective actions.
• Analyze weekly cost versus revenue, prepare rider payment reports, and support cost‑management initiatives.
• Ensure same‑day delivery of goods received at the branch and proper documentation for undelivered parcels.
• Perform daily Proof of Delivery (POD) checks and cross‑verify delivered and undelivered packets.
• Lead regular huddles with riders to address operational issues and maintain clear communication.
• Travel to any location as needed to resolve issues and support branch operations.

Required profile

• Ability to add resources (riders) on an as‑needed basis.
• Willingness to travel anywhere to ensure smooth operations.
• Strong business‑generation mindset.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills with riders, managers, and hubs.
• Detail‑oriented approach to inventory, COD, and POD management.
