Branch Associate – Sanischare

About the role

The Branch Associate will oversee daily operations at the Sanischare branch, ensuring smooth coordination between riders, regional managers, and delivery hubs. This role is pivotal for maintaining inventory accuracy, managing cash on delivery, and driving business growth within the assigned region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain daily communication with riders and the Regional Manager to ensure seamless operations.
• Conduct daily inventory tallies and report status to the Regional Manager.
• Perform cash‑on‑delivery (COD) checks, resolve discrepancies, and flag risks.
• Monitor rider and branch performance against KPIs and take corrective actions.
• Analyze weekly costs versus revenue, preparing rider payment reports.
• Ensure same‑day delivery of goods received at the branch and manage undelivered parcels with proper documentation.
• Conduct daily Proof of Delivery (POD) checks and verify delivery records.
• Lead regular huddles with riders to address issues and improve communication.
• Travel to any location as needed to support branch and hub operations.

Required profile

• Ability to add resources (riders) on an as‑needed basis.
• Willingness to travel across locations to ensure operational continuity.
• Strong business orientation with a focus on generating revenue.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented approach to inventory and COD management.
