Branch Manager – Immigration Services

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the immigration services branch, driving sales performance and ensuring high‑quality client experience. This role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and cross‑functional coordination to meet revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own monthly and quarterly sales targets and overall revenue goals for the branch.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, coach staff and improve productivity.
• Coordinate activities across sales, counselling, documentation, accounts, marketing and management teams.
• Handle escalated client concerns and resolve complaints professionally.
• Present branch performance metrics and growth plans to senior management.
• Monitor daily attendance, activities, follow‑ups, conversions and revenue performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in immigration, education consultancy, overseas education or a related service industry.
• Proven experience managing a sales or counselling team is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead management, conversion and customer relationship management.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
