About the role
The Branch Manager leads overall branch operations, driving business growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing team performance and network service quality. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing strategies, achieving revenue and customer growth targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The manager is also responsible for fostering strong customer relationships and driving continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and execute sales and marketing strategies to meet revenue targets.
- Monitor daily branch performance, KPIs, and ensure network service quality.
- Coordinate technical and customer support activities across the branch.
- Lead and manage the branch team to deliver high customer satisfaction.
