Brand Stock Controller

About the role

The Brand Stock Controller will manage and optimise inventory for Brandhouse Nepal’s fashion and sneaker product lines. Based in Kathmandu, this full-time position ensures accurate stock records, supports timely replenishment and helps minimise stockouts and excess inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily stock levels across all product categories.
• Conduct regular physical counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
• Maintain up-to-date records in the company’s inventory/ERP system.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales and store teams to trigger replenishment orders.
• Prepare and present inventory reports, analysing movement trends to inform merchandising decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements for stock handling and storage.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold a clean, organised stockroom environment.

Required profile

• Strong background in inventory management or stock control.
• Proficiency with inventory or ERP software and basic data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Good organisational and time-management abilities in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Understanding of fashion, footwear or sports retail merchandising is a plus.
• Previous experience in warehouse or retail inventory preferred.
• High school diploma; further education in business or supply-chain is advantageous.
