Business Development Executive – Web & Digital Solutions

About the role

SoftNEP is seeking an energetic Business Development Executive to drive growth for its web design and digital solutions portfolio. You will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and converting them into long‑term clients across a range of online services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new leads through calls, referrals, field visits, networking and digital platforms.
• Deliver product presentations and clearly communicate SoftNEP’s website packages and digital solutions.
• Follow up with prospects, understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and pitch decks as required.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent pre‑sales and post‑sales communication.
• Coordinate with project, marketing and technical teams for smooth onboarding of new clients.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings and customer behavior.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing or business development; experience in the IT/web industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Proactive, target‑oriented and self‑motivated.
• Good negotiation and client‑handling skills.
• Possession of a two‑wheeler with a valid license is preferred.
