Call Center Representative – Automobile

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Call Center Representative to engage with customers, generate leads and promote automobile products and services. The role involves both inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads about automobile products and services.
• Follow up with leads, encouraging purchases or service appointments.
• Provide accurate information on products, service intervals, and showroom locations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and requests professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of calls, inquiries, leads and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with sales, service and other teams to resolve queries.
• Assist customers in understanding basic automobile parts and services.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups with customers and potential leads.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer care, call centre, tele‑calling or a related field.
• Basic understanding of automobile parts and services.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑handling and follow‑up abilities.
