Client Relation Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development/Client Relation Executive to grow relationships with discerning individuals, corporate leaders and premium clientele for our exclusive spa and wellness offerings. The role combines high‑touch sales, personalized consulting and end‑to‑end client journey management across the Kathmandu Valley.

Key responsibilities

• Represent and promote the spa’s exclusive wellness experiences and lifestyle privileges with professionalism and discretion.
• Build and nurture relationships with premium individual and corporate clients through referrals, networks, events and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct personalised consultations, property tours and tailored presentations for each client.
• Manage the full client journey from initial contact through payment coordination and after‑sales care.
• Develop corporate wellness and premium gifting programmes for organisations, events and special occasions.
• Maintain accurate client and opportunity records using CRM, Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Coordinate closely with spa operations, hotel teams, marketing, finance and management to ensure seamless service.
• Provide regular reports on engagements, conversions, revenue and collections.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in premium sales, business development or related sectors such as hospitality, luxury retail or banking.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building abilities.
• Polished, confident and comfortable representing exclusive hospitality properties.
• Own a reliable personal vehicle and valid driving licence; willing to travel within Kathmandu Valley.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with digital sales tools.
• Strong internet research capabilities.
