Personal Assistant/Secretary (Hospitality Industry)

About the role

The company seeks a proactive Personal Assistant/Secretary to support senior management within the hospitality sector. You will manage schedules, coordinate communications, and ensure smooth daily operations for the senior manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Senior Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and daily schedule.
• Coordinate communication and meetings with department heads, hotel & lodge management, clients, and business partners.
• Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, itineraries, and related details.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain organized records, filing systems, correspondence, and confidential documents.
• Support management meetings, ensuring timely communication and coordination.
• Handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with the capacity to prioritize and multitask.
• Proactive, flexible, solution‑oriented, and willing to take initiative.
• Strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
• High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
