Client Relationship & Digital Communications Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑focused professional to act as the primary point of contact for corporate and institutional clients while managing our digital communication channels. The role combines relationship building, quotation handling, lead management and coordination across internal teams to drive growth and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact for corporate, institutional, hospitality and project clients, responding promptly via email, phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, collaborating with sales, procurement and technical teams.
• Qualify and distribute leads generated from Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google, the company website and WhatsApp, monitoring progress to support conversion.
• Manage official digital channels (WhatsApp Business, email, social media), ensuring timely responses and supporting digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Service, Procurement and Accounts to ensure smooth order processing and provide customers with updates.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date CRM database, schedule follow‑ups, and generate regular performance and MIS reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in sales coordination, CRM, digital marketing or client relationship management.
• Prior experience in sanitaryware, bathware, building materials, interiors or home‑improvement sectors is a plus.
