Client Service Executive & Manager

About the role

We are looking for two client‑servicing professionals to join our agency: a Client Service Executive with at least 2 years of experience and a Client Servicing Manager with 5 or more years of experience. Both roles will manage key client accounts, build strong relationships, and drive successful marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and nurture key client accounts, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Lead campaign planning and strategy aligned with client objectives.
• Translate client briefs into actionable marketing plans and insight‑driven strategies.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, media, content and production teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor campaign performance, provide recommendations and identify growth opportunities.
• Oversee timelines, deliverables, budgets and client expectations.
• For the manager role: mentor and support the client‑servicing team and lead account growth initiatives.

Required profile

• 2+ years (Executive) or 5+ years (Manager) experience in an advertising, digital or creative/marketing agency.
• Strong communication, presentation and client‑relationship skills.
• Strategic thinking, problem‑solving ability and capacity to work under pressure.
• Proven experience managing multiple accounts and delivering results.

Required skills

• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content and performance marketing.
• Project management and organizational abilities.
• Ability to translate briefs into actionable plans and drive cross‑functional collaboration.
