Corporate Relationship Officer

About the role

The Corporate Relationship Officer will develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with banks, cooperatives, financial institutions, strategic partners, and other key stakeholders. Based in Sanepa, Nepal, the role focuses on client engagement, satisfaction, and identifying growth opportunities for the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, banks, BFIs, cooperatives, payment service providers, fintech partners, and strategic stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring timely resolution of concerns, inquiries, and service requests.
• Conduct regular client visits and meetings to understand requirements and strengthen partnerships.
• Coordinate with product owners, project managers, technical and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Identify cross‑selling, upselling, and expansion opportunities within existing relationships.
• Support business development by generating leads and facilitating introductions with prospective clients.
• Gather client feedback and market insights to inform product enhancements and business strategy.
• Monitor client satisfaction, address issues proactively, and improve retention.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, escalations, and follow‑up actions.
• Coordinate contract renewals, service agreements, AMCs, and partnership documentation.
• Represent the organization at meetings, networking events, conferences, and industry programs.
• Assist management in developing client engagement and relationship management strategies.
• Prepare periodic status reports and stakeholder updates for management review.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in relationship management, corporate relations, account management, customer success, business development, or a similar role.
• Proven experience working with banks, BFIs, fintech companies, payment service providers, or enterprise clients.
• Strong understanding of the banking and financial services industry is an advantage.
