Cost Controller & Income Audit Supervisor

About the role

The Cost Controller & Income Audit Supervisor will support the efficient operation of the finance department at Hyatt Centric Kathmandu, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards. This role focuses on cost management, inventory oversight, and accurate financial reporting to meet guest, employee, and owner expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Finance Controller in all stages of the income audit function and preparation of monthly financial reports.
• Manage cost control activities, including menu and recipe costing, waste and loss prevention, and profitability optimization.
• Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate reporting and analysis of financial data.
• Conduct regular cost analyses to support decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with departmental teams to maintain compliance with brand standards and corporate policies.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or diploma in Finance, Commerce, or Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Cost Clerk in a large‑scale operation.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and excellent administrative and interpersonal skills.
