Creative Content Creator – Marketing

About the role

We are a premium handmade rug manufacturer seeking a Creative Content Creator to be the digital voice of our brand. You will craft engaging stories about our products, people, and inclusive culture, and share them across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media channels.
• Create authentic posts, reels, blog articles, and behind‑the‑scenes stories that highlight our carpets and inclusive workplace.
• Plan and execute high‑converting campaigns to attract customers and partners who value good design and values.
• Use analytics to monitor performance and continuously improve engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field with a curiosity‑driven mindset.
• At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in social media or marketing (internships count).
• Strong storytelling ability and solid writing skills.
• Independent work style, thoughtful questioning, and collaborative attitude.
• Commitment to inclusion and social change.
