Credit Analyst and Loan Processor (4 openings)

About the role

PeopleSync is expanding its mortgage team in Kathmandu and seeks detail‑oriented professionals to fill two Credit Analyst and two Loan Processor positions. Candidates will work with Australian mortgage products, supporting brokers and borrowers through the full loan lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Manage mortgage files from pre‑submission to settlement, including document collection, labeling, and filing.
• Submit applications via Apply Online and lender portals, order valuations and perform pricing checks.
• Assess borrower serviceability using income, liabilities, expenses and HEM benchmarks for PAYG and self‑employed clients.
• Analyse tax returns, financial statements and BAS statements to determine borrowing capacity.
• Match loan scenarios to lender credit policies, prepare credit assessment summaries and identify red‑flags.
• Communicate with brokers, clients and lenders to resolve documentation or policy queries.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian mortgage processing, credit analysis or a closely related role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian lender credit policies and serviceability assessment for PAYG and self‑employed borrowers.
• Excellent English communication skills and ability to interact smoothly with clients and brokers.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple applications concurrently.
