Customer Care Representative

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Care Representative to manage inbound inquiries, conduct outbound calls to prospective leads, and promote our range of automobile products and services. The role combines customer support with proactive outreach to ensure customers receive accurate information about service intervals, showroom locations and available services.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to leads regarding the purchase of automobile products and services.
• Follow up with potential customers throughout the inquiry process.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, service intervals and showroom locations.
• Assist customers with queries and offer appropriate solutions or guidance.
• Maintain records of customer interactions, leads and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate with sales and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Develop a basic understanding of automobile parts, products and services.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer care, telecalling, customer service or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of automobile parts and services.
