Customer Service Caller

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Caller to join our call centre in Thapathali, Kathmandu. You will make outbound calls to U.S. customers to provide updates on their insurance policies and ensure a smooth renewal process.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. customers regarding insurance policy updates, renewals, premium notices, required documents, and policy changes.
• Verify customer information and accurately update records in the internal system.
• Respond to basic customer questions, guide them on next steps, and maintain proper documentation of all calls and follow‑ups.
• Ensure all communication meets U.S. customer service standards and handle concerns professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Meet daily/weekly call targets and quality standards.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of completed education; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Excellent English speaking and listening skills.
• Willingness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. business hours.
• Previous call centre or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
