Customer Service & Content Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Customer Service & Content Executive to manage client interactions and produce engaging short‑form video content for our digital channels. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, communicates clearly in English and Nepali, and enjoys blending customer support with creative storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries via phone, social media, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Provide accurate, professional responses and maintain detailed interaction records.
• Create short‑form videos for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
• Appear on camera to present products, services or informational content.
• Develop content ideas, scripts, captions and basic creative concepts.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to schedule and publish regular content.
• Monitor customer feedback and relay common concerns to relevant departments.
• Support promotional campaigns and other marketing initiatives while upholding a positive brand image.

Required profile

• Fresher to 1 year of experience in customer service, content creation or social media.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Nepali.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera.
• Good understanding of current social‑media trends.
• Creative mindset with a willingness to learn and work in a team.

Required skills

• CapCut (or similar video‑editing tool).
• Canva (or similar design tool).
• Proficiency with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and YouTube platforms.
