Customer Service Representative – Evening Shift (Bank Call Center)

About the role

This is a full‑time, evening‑shift (2 PM‑10 PM or 12 PM‑8 PM) on‑site Customer Service Representative position for a bank in Durbarmarg, Kathmandu, Nepal. The successful candidate will manage customer interactions, address inquiries, resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction across phone, email and chat channels.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
• Resolve complaints and ensure timely solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions.
• Contribute to a seamless and positive customer experience.
• Support multiple communication channels to meet service standards.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Management or related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and technical abilities.
• Ability to handle customer queries and deliver effective solutions.
• Positive attitude, patience and empathy towards customers.
• Flexibility to work any shift, including evenings.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Own vehicle is required.
