Customer Service Representative – Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to support our Customer Service team. You will source, screen and guide candidates while acting as the main liaison between applicants and hiring managers.

Key responsibilities

• Sourcing & Screening: Identify candidates through job boards, resume databases and direct outreach, and conduct initial interviews.
• Client/Candidate Coordination: Schedule interviews, relay feedback and serve as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates.
• Pipeline Management: Track applicant status, maintain CRM/ATS records and keep job postings up to date.
• Advisory & Support: Provide guidance to candidates on resumes and interview preparation, and advise clients on job descriptions and market availability.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills for interviewing and client relations.
• Excellent organizational ability to manage multiple vacancies, track metrics and meet hiring timelines.
• Interpersonal empathy and relationship‑building skills to engage candidates and clients effectively.
• Tech‑savvy mindset with familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and ATS software.
