About the role

We are seeking an SSF Associate to manage employee registration, contributions, and compliance with Nepal's Social Security Fund (SSF) and related labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

Manage employee registration, updates, and exit processes in the SSF system.
Prepare and verify monthly SSF contribution data and maintain accurate records.
Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents required for SSF compliance and KYC.
Coordinate with employees on SSF enrollment, claims, and related documentation.
Ensure timely submission of SSF reports and compliance documents.
Assist in onboarding documentation with a focus on SSF requirements and prepare HR letters and contracts.

Required profile

Minimum 6 months experience in SSF or Human Resources (fresh graduates encouraged).
Bachelor's degree in HRM, BBA, Management or a related field (or currently studying).
Basic understanding of Nepal's Social Security Fund procedures and the Nepal Labor Act.
Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
