About the role
We are seeking an SSF Associate to manage employee registration, contributions, and compliance with Nepal's Social Security Fund (SSF) and related labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage employee registration, updates, and exit processes in the SSF system.
- Prepare and verify monthly SSF contribution data and maintain accurate records.
- Collect, verify, and maintain employee documents required for SSF compliance and KYC.
- Coordinate with employees on SSF enrollment, claims, and related documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of SSF reports and compliance documents.
- Assist in onboarding documentation with a focus on SSF requirements and prepare HR letters and contracts.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 months experience in SSF or Human Resources (fresh graduates encouraged).
- Bachelor's degree in HRM, BBA, Management or a related field (or currently studying).
- Basic understanding of Nepal's Social Security Fund procedures and the Nepal Labor Act.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
